1. Plan and Pricing
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and approved third-party expenses. The Complete
Plan is a one-time setup fee of $1,599 plus a subscription of $119 per month. The domain is charged
separately and is not included in the setup fee or the monthly subscription.
2. Setup Scope
Setup includes customization of Growth Multiplier's existing website system, customer branding and
supplied content, responsive storefront, consultation form, admin dashboard, booking management,
review moderation, service catalogue, gallery configuration, database and initial deployment, SSL,
basic technical SEO, two reasonable revision rounds, admin training and 30 days of launch support.
Completely original platforms, extensive redesigns and additional functionality require a separate quote.
3. Included Monthly Maintenance
Monthly maintenance includes managed hosting, reasonable database hosting, monitoring, SSL
administration, routine backups, security and dependency updates, form and API monitoring, correction
of defects in the delivered website, technical support, and up to 30 minutes of minor content or
configuration changes per month. Work is measured in 15-minute increments and unused time does not roll over.
4. Corrective Maintenance
An existing feature that worked when delivered but unexpectedly stops working is corrective
maintenance. This includes provider-caused broken links, failed forms, admin errors, database or API
defects, layout regressions and functionality that no longer matches the accepted specification.
Provider-caused corrections do not consume the monthly change allowance.
5. Customer-Caused Repairs
Damage caused by the customer, its employees, another developer, unauthorized code changes, deleted
records, incorrect DNS changes, compromised credentials, unsupported software or failure to follow
written security instructions is not included and may be repaired as additional work.
6. Minor Changes
Included minor changes may update existing text, contact details, hours, images, links, prices,
service descriptions, policies, colors, spacing or configuration. A request is minor only when it does
not require a new layout, page, workflow, database structure, integration or substantial redesign.
7. Additional Development
New pages, sections, UI/UX designs, forms, workflows, database structures, admin capabilities,
authentication, payments, integrations, calculators, portals, reports, animations, 3D assets, large
migrations and major restructuring are additional development. Work is normally estimated at $75 per
hour with a $75 minimum and quoted in writing before work begins. Typical planning ranges are $200–$450
for a simple form or section, $400–$800 for a standard page, $650–$1,400 for a custom UI/UX page,
$600–$2,000 for an admin feature, and $1,200–$3,000+ for payment functionality. API integrations and
major redesigns require custom quotations. Third-party subscriptions, licenses and usage fees are additional.
8. Content and Legal Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its prices, promotions, claims, privacy
information, licenses, testimonials and industry representations, and for securing rights to
all supplied logos, photographs, videos and other content. Growth Multiplier does not independently
verify the customer's legal, regulatory, marketing or factual claims.
9. Third-Party Services and Usage
Hosting companies, Cloudinary, registrars, email providers, payment processors, Google services and
external APIs operate independently. Growth Multiplier will reasonably investigate failures but cannot
guarantee their uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility. Provider changes, outages,
usage overages and required upgrades may result in separate charges after notice where practical.
10. SEO and Support Targets
Technical SEO foundations are included, but rankings, traffic, leads, sales and revenue are not
guaranteed. Initial response targets during business hours are 12 business hours for a complete outage,
one business day for unavailable booking or admin functionality, and two business days for ordinary
requests. Response time is not guaranteed resolution time. Requested after-hours work may be billed at
$125 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
11. Domain and Intellectual Property
The domain is charged separately. Growth Multiplier registers, owns and manages the domain. The
customer may use it while the account remains active and paid. Transfer or ownership buyout requires a
separate written agreement, settlement of all invoices and any agreed transfer charge. The customer
owns its supplied brand materials and business data. Growth Multiplier retains its reusable source
code, architecture, backend, admin framework, templates, libraries and development tools.
12. Billing, Late Payment and Suspension
The setup fee is due before work begins; the monthly subscription is billed in advance. Recurring
charges, domain fees, taxes and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before enrollment. Overdue
accounts may receive notice and suspension of hosting, admin access or support. Suspension does not
erase amounts already due.
13. Cancellation
Cancellation requires at least 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, outstanding invoices are due.
14. Data, Availability and Acceptance
After all invoices are paid, the customer may request a reasonable export of booking, review and other
customer-submitted business data. Migration, source transfer or deployment elsewhere is additional
work. Hosted data may be deleted 30 days after termination. Internet services cannot be guaranteed to
be continuously available. By enrolling, the customer accepts the setup fee, monthly billing, domain
arrangement, maintenance scope and additional-development rules.
